Phil Lieberman
As the Founding Partner, Phil Lieberman is in charge of software development and management services for Lieberman Technologies.
Phil began his career with IBM in Washington DC, writing software for the federal systems division. He returned to Evansville in 1971 and founded Philip Lieberman & Associates (PLA) in 1977. PLA wrote business systems applications for many industries, with a concentration in billing and accounting software for mental health centers, retail, and accounting software for college book stores. PLA also wrote program-specific software for the State of Indiana and for Vanderburgh County to manage subsidies to the working poor. In 2001, Philip Lieberman and Associates grew into the infrastructure and small business computer system support business, becoming Lieberman Technologies. Today, Lieberman Technologies offers a complete line of computer support services for the small- to medium-size business, as well as software development services. Software that Lieberman Technologies has developed includes a quoting system for a local parking lot striping company and tax warrant and sheriff sale management systems for over 50 counties in the state of Indiana.
Phil holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Evansville and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
Stewart Klipsch
Stewart Klipsch is the Managing Partner responsible for all administrative and support services of the company, as well as the coordination and direction of the services and company as a whole.
Prior to joining Lieberman, Stewart worked in the accounting and business consulting group of Arthur Anderson in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he specialized in process reengineering and audit services. He returned to Evansville in 1994 when he joined Lieberman, providing process reengineering and administrative/management services for the business and its clients. Stewart became Managing Partner in 2005.
Stewart has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a double major in accounting and small business management, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Indiana since 1995.
Pat Heck
Pat Heck is a Partner and the Director of Development. He oversees the web application development business and the web hosting business for Lieberman Technologies.
Prior to joining Lieberman, Pat served as the General Manager for Norlight, Inc, a $50 million communications and technology company. During his time at Norlight, Pat oversaw a $24 million turn-around, taking it from a company that was losing $1.8 million per month (on $4.5 million in revenue) to profitability in less than 20 months. Prior to that, he served in a variety of roles for Q-Comm Corporation, the parent company of Norlight.
Pat is best-known as the person who first brought Internet service to the tri-state when he started World Connection Services/Evansville Online in 1994, a company which was acquired by Q-Comm in 1998. He has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Evansville and a MS in Computer Science from the University of Virginia. He also served as an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of Evansville from 1991 to 1996.
Jeff Brown
Jeff Brown is the Director of Infrastructure Services for Lieberman Technologies.
Prior to joining Lieberman, Jeff owned and operated HomeNet Plus, LLC, providing custom designed solutions and services to small business clients in the Evansville area. Jeff has been involved in the IT industry since 1994 and has worked in a number of capacities including Network Engineer, Network Administrator, and IT Management.
Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics with a specialization in Electronics from Murray State University. He holds several professional certifications including MCSE, CNE, and CLP.
Rick Culiver
Rick Culiver is a Senior Solutions Consultant for Lieberman Technologies.
Prior to joining Lieberman, Rick held positions in technical sales, voice and data solutions management. As an account manager for Southwestern Bell Communications and Matrix Integration, he designed complex solutions and collaborated with clients on a wide array of IT solutions to fit their needs. He has extensive professional experience in providing technical solutions and a strong reputation of quality service.
Rick’s broad technical expertise, with an eye for detail and follow up, make him an excellent solutions consultant.
