An Evansville nutritional company relies on an Interactive Voice Response name-acquisition system to handle customer requests for information. To fulfill those requests, they turned to Lieberman Technologies.
“We’re using a form manager package,” relates the Manager in the Call Center. “The application collects data either by touchtone responses, voice responses, or both, which is then entered into a database. Some fields in the form are filled out by the application. Lieberman dials into the database, transcribes a number of the fields, and compiles the data into a report. They send an FTP report to a third-party vendor that works with our direct mail campaign.”
